Made from over-ripe grapes, the Vendanges Tardives (Late Harvest) give birth to sweet, rich and complex wines which can be savoured on their own or enjoyed with Foie Gras.
Colour: Straw yellow
Nose: Powerful, very intense and complex, marked by notes of mango, fig honey and caramel
Taste: Very intense and complex, with an incredible freshness: over-maturity and a richness in sugar are totally balanced by the acidity of the wine. Aromas of cooked fruits, mango, citrus, lemon and liquorice constantly fill the mouth.
Sweetness: Sweet ( 70 gr/L )
