Our Crémants

C’est le vin effervescent alsacien. La méthode de production est la même qu’en Champagne. le crémant d’Alsace est principalement élaboré avec du Pinot Auxerrois (variété de Pinot Blanc) mais aussi du Pinot Gris, du Pinot Noir ou du Riesling. Nous proposons 4 sortes de Crémant : Brut, Brut de Brut, Demi-Sec ou Rosé. Le Crémant est très apprécié à l’apéritif ou pour le dessert.
