Shipping your package

The delivery of the goods offered on the vins-stintzi.fr site is insured in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Belgium. Delivery is made only in multiples of 6 bottles (mixing possible). The prices appearing on this price list include VAT at the current rate of 20%, per shipment for addresses in

France (including Corsica) and Belgium:

• for less than 36 bottles: 12 € including VAT
• from 36 bottles: FREE DELIVERY

The products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. In the event of the recipient's absence or the wrong address, additional re-delivery costs may be charged.

Packages are shipped after receipt of payment. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each of them.

Do not accept a package or product that is partially or fully damaged upon delivery. If a product appears damaged, you must refuse it and indicate the reason for the refusal. After agreement with our services, missing or damaged goods will be replaced free of charge.
