These Terms and Conditions apply to the exclusion of all other Conditions, in particular those in force for sales made directly at Cave STINTZI. Orders placed through the vins-stintzi.fr website are automatically subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 - Confirmation of the order

You declare that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions upon confirmation of your order.

The validation of your order is therefore the agreement of these Term and Conditions.

Article 3 - Prices

The prices which appear on the vins-stintzi.fr website are indicated in euros all taxes included.

They include in particular VAT and all other taxes that can be added to the products concerned, excluding delivery costs.

Cave STINTZI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of their validation on the vins-stintzi.fr website.

Article 4 - Payment methods

Cave Stintzi has adopted the most advanced encryption processes in order to guarantee maximum payment security on the vins-stintzi.fr website. All of your banking and personal data when paying on the vins-stintzi.fr website is made absolutely inaccessible by the SSL security protocol. You can pay for your purchases on our vins-stintzi.fr website by credit card.

IMPORTANT: Your payment card number appears in full when entering the numbers, but only the last 5 digits will be visible in your account, the others being masked for security reasons.

Article 5 - Availability of the goods

In the event that a product is unavailable after validation of your order, we will notify you by email.

If the ordered wine is out of stock, Cave Stintzi will inform the customer as soon as possible.

In agreement with the customer, Cave Stintzi will propose the replacement of the exhausted vintage by an equivalent vintage.

Article 6 - Delivery

The delivery of the goods offered on the vins-stintzi.fr website is available in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Belgium. For delivery to other countries, please contact us. Delivery is made only in multiples of 6 bottles (mixing possible). The prices appearing on this price list include the VAT at the current rate of 20%, per shipment for addresses

in France (including Corsica) and Belgium:

- for less than 36 bottles: 15 € including VAT

- from 36 bottles: FREE DELIVERY

The products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. In the event of the recipient's absence or the wrong address, additional re-delivery costs may be charged.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract of sale with Cave Stintzi without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product (s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed; the remaining return costs will be at your expense. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, protections, etc.)

Article 8 - Protection of Minors

In accordance with article L. 3342-1 of the Public Health Code which stipulates that the sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited, the purchaser confirms by validating his order on the vins-stintzi.fr website to be at least eighteen (18) years old on the date of the order.

Article 9 - Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Cave Stintzi until full payment of the invoice, in accordance with the terms of Law No. 80 336 of May 1, 1980, relating to retention of title.

Article 10 - Complaints

Any complaint concerning problems of breakage, loss or theft of all or part of a shipment, must be made at the time of delivery, to the carrier, by an express mention on the delivery note, then be confirmed to us by mail within 48 hours, to be valid. The customer must never accept a box or

product partially or entirely damaged on delivery. If a product appears damaged, the customer must refuse it at the time of delivery. After agreement with our services, missing or damaged goods will be replaced free of charge.

Article 11 - Confidentiality of Personal Data

In accordance with article 39 and 40 of law N. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended relating to Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, you have the right to access, rectify and delete nominative data concerning you. You can exercise this right by contacting the editors of the vins-stintzi.fr website at the above coordinates or by e-mail at contact@vins-stintzi.fr. Under Law No. 2000-719 of August 1, 2000, the contact details declared by the user may be communicated upon request from the judicial authorities.

Article 12 - Form

The information collected from Internet users through the forms available on the vins-stintzi.fr website complies with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to Information Technology, Data Files and Individual Liberties

Article 14 - Applicable Law

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by and must be interpreted within the meaning of French law. Any disputes relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions will be brought before the French courts competent within the jurisdiction of the registered office of Cave Stintzi.

Article 15 - Applicable language

The language of interpretation of these General Conditions of Sale is French.
